The Mystery Of Roanoke

I am a modern archaeologist with great news! I have finally uncovered the mystery of Roanoke, the lost colony.
The first clue I had found was a ship sunk and in the direction of moving out to sea. We started the excavation to pull the ship up. I knew that the ship was moving out to sea because under the layers and layers that the ship was sitting in it was face in that direction.
My second clue I had found was that the ship was a Spanish ship. I found that out from the back of the ship.  On the stern  there was some kind of manuscript writing.  It said “quatro.”
My crew and I then found bones under the ship. We took the bones for a D. N. A. test. I found that the bones could have been from the colonists of Roanoke. That was my third clue.
The fourth and final clue that I had found was under the bones. I found a manuscript with Elizabeth Dare's name on the cover. I found out that the Spanish really did capture the colonists of Roanoke because of Elizabeth Dare’s manuscript. It said “ The colonists are being taken away by the Spanish, Heellpp!!!”
In conclusion, the Spanish did kidnap the colonists. We know they took the colonists because of the Spanish ship, the name of the ship, the colonists’ bones and Elizabeth Dare’s diary.
