What Happened to the Roanoke, the Lost Colony

    I am a modern archaeologist with great news!  My name is Brian, and I've discovered something great!  I have evidence of what happened to the colonists of Roanoke.
    My first clue was remains of a Spanish spear.  It looked like it fell from a tree, because the point was facing towards the tree.  It was also a little disintegrated.
    My second clue was an artifact of a Spanish helmet.  I had to excavate to get it.  It was somewhat melted, but the biggest clue that you need to know is that the helmet was Spanish, and had a Spanish symbol on it.
    My third clue was DNA of human.
    My final clue was human footprints.  I found them in the dirt.
    My final conclusion is that the Spanish, since they were involved in a war with England, took the colonists away and killed them.  Please believe me.
