The Case of a Big Heart

    My name is Dr. Nicole. The other day I was working when a peculiar thing happened. A patient came in with a huge thing bulging out of her chest. Well, it took me about two minutes to figure out what it was. It was her heart, of course.
    That night when I came home I did some research. This is what I found. The condition is called "a big heart". A big heart is when your heart grows so big that it bursts out of your chest. Your left and right ventricles, capillaries, and arteries grow to gigantic size. Your blood also starts to flow very quickly. You can get this heart condition when you are too kind. If you are too kind your heart will grow to an enormous size.
    You can tell if a person has a big heart because their heart will stick out of their chest. You can also tell if a person has this condition because you will always see them being kind or always giving things up for others.
    There is a cure to this condition. You would have to get some of your heart cut out. A doctor would cut half of the kindness out of your heart. Then your heart would shrink back to its normal size. There is no need to worry, you will still be kind, just not as kind as you were before.
