I was going on a date with my boyfriend.  He is so handsome.  He is also tall and skinny.  We went to a restaurant for dinner.  Mike is his name.  He said, that he wanted to see other people.  I was so upset.  I cried for one whole day.  The next day.  I felt an ache in my heart.  So I went to the doctor.  The doctor said, “Come back in a week I am all booked.”  I felt more of a pain in my heart.  A week later, I went to the doctor. I told the doctor about Mike and how he broken up with me.  The doctor said, “ Let’s take a test to see what is causing your heart to ache”. I said, “They would be great”. After the test the doctor said, “ There is a arrow in your heart. That is what giving you that ache.  It is separating the right atrium from the left ventricle.  We could give an operation, and take the arrow out.  You could to forget get him.  Or, you could try get back together with him.” The doctor explained.  I said, “I will sleep on the decision and I will also call you in the morning”.
               I went home and thought about it.  The next morning I called the doctor and said, “ I do not know yet”.  The doctor said, “Come in and I will give you another test.  I asked what are the symptoms? “When you cry a lot,” said the doctor.  I said, “I do cry a lot”.  “Let’s take the other test now,” said the doctor.  I said, “ok.”  The doctor said, “You have all the symptoms of a heart ache.”  “Did you decide what you wanted yet?” asked the doctor.  I said, “No, not yet”.  “Call me soon when you figure it out,” said the doctor.
             I went home and called all my friends and asked them what should I do.  They all said, “Take the arrow out and try get together with him. So I called the doctor and told her what I wanted.
             The next day, I got the operation and I called Mike.  He said, “I miss you a lot and I want to get back together with you too”.  Mike and me are happily back together, like two lovebirds.  I am feeling much better now.
