Heart of Gold

Hi, I’m Emily, the nurse. I want you to know what “heart of gold” means. That means you will have either a good or a bad heart. Some of my patients have a good heart. Some patients don’t. Here is one of my patients now and her name is Natasha. She has a very good heart. She wants to know what are the four parts of a rough heart. I told her that there is a right and left atrium and a right and left ventricle in the heart.
If you stop smoking and drinking you will get this heart condition. Natasha tried to stop smoking so …I gave her medicine and after one month she stopped. Natasha excitedly took the medicine and she said it only worked in about a week. She thought that it wouldn’t even work at all. She was so happy to stop smoking, She felt so much better.
`The behaviors that you will get are you will get really sick and you will need to visit me. She had come to me as soon as she got really sick. She had came to see the
Doctor. She said her brain and her lungs were hurting her. The signs that you will get are you’ll want to stay in your bed. The next thing is that you will want to just lie there. You will want to see your doctor or me. Natasha had the same bad problem.
Natasha took a medicine that worked. She was free as a bird. Natasha did not even come to me right after a month. I had to call her to come at 11:00-12:30 to see if she was fine. Natasha told me that she liked the medicine that she had taken to stop smoking. Natasha liked it because she was so happy. She said she would never ever smoke again. Natasha was so happy that she was full of a gold heart. She wanted to ask me one more time, “What are the parts of gold?”  I said to her that the right atrium and your left ventricle turns gold, too.
