Doom’s Day
My name is Billy. I’m an astronomer who looks for new constellations.
An astronomer is a person who studies the universe.
One day, I was looking for a new constellation in the woods. Then
I saw a constellation. It had six stars on it and it was very big.
I didn’t have a good feeling about this new constellation. I heard
people screaming. So I went home and I asked what was wrong.
“There is a new symbol in the sky.” said a villager.” So why are you afraid
of it?” I asked. “Something inside me is saying to be very afraid
of it.” he replied “ Well don’t be.” I said. “Go in your house,”
I said. (I didn’t want anyone to bother me while I was doing my work)
So I went back to the woods where I saw the new mysterious constellation
I found it when I tripped on a log and fell back. Then I saw it.
It made me wonder if I should be afraid of it. I didn’t know what
it meant. So, I started to think for a while.
It had six bright stars. So I watched it every night. I thought
to myself, “I guess this constellation does not move.” (For the last
few nights astronomer I had been studying the new constellation).
“I know now!! When I first found the constellation something bad
happened to me. I tripped on a log. While I was studying the
constellation everything went wrong. So if everything went wrong.
That means that this constellation is bad luck. So I will name this
constellation, Doom’s Day!! When the Doom’s Day constellation
is gone the world will blow up.” I said to myself.
So this constellation can tell you when Doom’s Day will come. Hopefully,
that day will never come.
