Half Hearted

Hi, I’m Doctor Billy. You can call me Doctor B. or Doc. I work in the town of East Meadow, Long Island, New York. I work in East Meadow Hospital. I’m a cardiologist. That means I work with hearts. I fix hearts and do surgery on them.
One day, I was at my desk and a man came in. I asked, “What is wrong?” “Something is wrong with my heart,” he said. So, I did a CAT scan and I saw his heart. I saw something amazing. I only saw the right half of his heart. His left ventricle and left atrium were gone.
I asked him what he ate. “I ate lots of junk food,” he said.  I then asked him, “How much junk food?”  “I ate A LOT of junk food and I ate it very quickly,” he said. “That’s not good,” I said.  “I know,” he said.
This heart condition is very weird. I had never seen this before.  I asked him to let me think for a couple of minutes. Then, he started to call me nasty names.  Then, he started to break my stuff in my office.  I got very mad at him!!  Then, I had to put him in a strap chair.  He got back up and started calling me names and breaking some of my stuff again.  I buckled him in the chair. Then, he stopped.
I knew this heart condition was very serious.  I thought some more about what could I do. I got an idea.“You must get surgery,” I said.  He said, “OK”.  Three hours later, I was done. “How do you feel?” I asked. “I feel perfect!  I feel like a million dollars!!!  Thank you, Doc!!!" he exclaimed. “You're welcome,” I replied.
To this day the patient is doing fine.
